I have worked in the medical device and pharmaceutical industry for over twenty years and found that there are very few companies owned, operated, and managed by women.  Many people I have worked with in my career have found that there is a lack of knowledge of the industries by staffing companies.  My broad range of positions throughout my career and consulting roles in past positions have created a solid knowledge base to assist companies with their workforce needs.

With the increase in employee retirement in the next 5 years in the medical device/pharma industry and the continued scrutiny from regulatory bodies on compliance there will be an increase in hiring experienced staffing and consultants.
